Faux Is In

My second post!  I took these when it was getting dark yesterday, so they aren't the best, but my next post will have better pictures(I just took them. Ha). I also realized that I meant to say what I did all day in my last post but didn't so I will this time :)

What I'm Wearing

Faux Leather Jacket: Express
Black Athletic Jacket(Underneath): Eddie Bauer
Orange Graphic Tee: Abercrombie & Fitch
Skinny Jeans: H&M
Boots: Aldo

Where I Wore It

Tuesdays and Fridays I don't have class so I ran some errands on this chilly day. I went to the post office, the bank, got my eyebrows done, visited my parents at home, and then came back and hung out in my dorm. It was a pretty relaxed day if you ask me :)

I was really excited to finally get to wear my awesome fake leather jacket. It feels SO real, so the only way you would know it's not is to look at the tag. Leather/faux leather jackets are really in this fall so I was excited to find this..on the same day as the boots actually. What a productive shopping day! I also wore my boots on the outside of my jeans. There's a couple way to wear these because of the zipper so I'm excited to eventually show you all of them.

PS - This is what happens when I forget to set the timer. Haha:

What's your favorite Fall 09 trend?

First Post!

Hi Everyone! (That might have echoed..but hopefully not for long ha)

So, here's my first post. I'm still trying to get the whole taking full body pictures of myself thing down. But then again I'm probably more critical of my photos just cause I'm a photographer and that's what I do constantly. Ha.

This day was one of the first chilly days so I broke out a cardigan and scarf to get into the fall spirit. Alright, on with the show!(well...post)

September 28, 2009

Scarf: American Eagle
Cardigan: J. Crew Outlet
Jeans: MEK, The Buckle
Boots: Aldo

If some of you are thinking "Um, I really didn't need to see a picture of her butt", let me explain. MEK is my favorite brand of jeans and the pockets are what make them so awesome and unique. They're a little pricey at an average $130, but believe me it's worth it. You could wear this everyday for 2 weeks straight and they wouldn't stretch out.

The boots are a MUST for fall and I was so happy when me and my mom finally found these after a long day of boot hunting.

Also, this was my first day trying out my brand new Tarte eyeshadow palette, and I love it so much. It has two different looks in it(the 2 rows are the 2 looks) and it comes with a tutorial explaining how to apply it. It also includes a double ended high quality brush(es) and two eyeliners(one for each look). This is what I came up with using the second row:

And just to prove that I do in fact have hair because from the front I look like a little boy with my hair up :)

That's about it! I hope you enjoy my first post, and please please please give me feedback/suggestions(How do you take your photos?)/comments/anything. This is all very exciting for me so sorry if I'm a bit spastic. Haha.

Thanks for reading!
